Kids....

So let me first start out by saying, no nap today for my red-headed 2 year old child at daycare and I will say, most days until about 530/6 he is good, then you can tell he is getting today.

So anyways.....

Went to pick him up from daycare after subbing today and I thought we were going to get out clean...nope....he went limp noodle on me. If you don't know what limp noodle is with a 2 year old, they are impossible to get ahold of, it's like trying to hold onto a goldfish after scooping him out of the water. It is nearly, if not, impossible. I honestly have no idea how they do that. If I went limp noodle like that, oh my god, I would be down for the count! I mean he literally, just went to the floor, there was like no where to grab him to pick him up. I don't even get how they do it! LOL. Anyways, long story short, it was an eventful trip getting him out the door with sis!

Sis is doing awesome. She mastered sitting up in about a half day and is not working on trying to pull herself up. Unfortunately, everything we have is not sturdy enough for her, so we sit on the floor and she uses us or she uses the couch or love seat to pull herself up. But we are still working on the gracefulness of going down from pulling herself up. It's just kinda like a game of Jenga, if you have played. She gets to the top and then just tumbles over. I am that mom, that laughed the first time she did it because it was just was not anywhere close to be graceful. I mean it was like up and boom down to the side. No crying, don't get me wrong if she hit something or started crying I would defintely me the mom that comforts her, but she was fine and I just laughed because she had that look of "oh shit, what just happened!" LOL

ugh...

Ugh...i promise to do better at posting everyday. I have been substitute teaching for my local schools so i have been trying to get in a routine, but it's easier said than done!
Many people do not like to sub, but i absolutley love it. I have had some great classes and some great students. I have subbed kindergarten, 3rd and 4th and i was a special educational aide and got to work with emotional kids, kids that needed help in math and reading and my favorite was my autistic boy i got to work with a couple times over the course of the week.  He was great. Sat down with me and did his work and talked to me about random things, but man was he a great kid or what!
My 4th grade class was so polite it was crazy. Pleases, thank yous, it was so nice and such a fresh breathe of air.

My kids, have been great. A no nap day this week for my red head, and boy come 530 you know it! The temper kicks in, the klutziness kicks in. The worst part is he is in his no eating stage again and i absolutely hate this stage! I swear he has went through it more times than none in the last couple of months. I am at the point that i don't care where he eats as long as he eats and last night i told him he had to eat or go night night, well he chose to eat and ended up eating his whole grilled cheese sandwich so that was a relief!

Princess mastered sitting up in about a day and a half and has already moved on to pulling herself up. She is catching on so quick and growing up so dang fast!

As for my husband...i call him my stay at home wife right now and he got fired Monday, when i came home and there was no dinner, the dishes were still dirty and the clean ones where still sitting there AND i had to go get the kids PLUS he wasn't even here. Lol. So when he got home i fired him, he didn't seem to care, but took the hint the next day somewhat. Lol.

Another Day At Home

Another Day at home for this lady! I was suppose to sub today, but it is snowing so the school started with a 2 hour delay than about an hour and fifteen minutes later they cancelled for the day! That is number two for the week, that I could have subbed and they cancelled.😄

oh well what can you do, so I am making the best out of it and I am chilling out in my garage listening to my jake owen station on amazon prime, playing on the computer, debating if I want to work on shirts or scrapbook. probably by time I figure it out I will have to get all the kids😂.

we have quite a bit of snow, next time I go out I will have to take some photos. It is absolutely beautiful, but then again, I love snow and would probably be okay with living in Alaska because of the snow and the gorgeous scenery out there! but then again, I wouldn't mind moving to Florida either, when it is half way decent down there, not the 100 degree days with the 1000 degree humidity days. maybe move to Alaska and vacation to Florida. lol. I know my hubby would not go for the Alaska, maybe the Florida so he could keep mowing his yards (he loves to mow yards, he's kinda weird about it the yards)

speaking of yards, so I decided to mow the yard, on the zero turn and you know those bad boys can actually zero turn! well I was mowing and I was hauling after the kids were in bed because you know, it doesn't stay daylight all night, so I was moving pretty quick and in my opinion, they don't call it a zero turn because it turns 25 degrees, no that bad ass thing turns at a zero degree. well, me being me I was turning that bad boy at zero, hauling ass, so naturally, I left some little divets (I forgot to mention, this was the first time I had driven a zero turn, we had the riding lawn mowers that you did a big circle to turn). any who, you would have thought I had left craters in the yard. he was telling everyone about my craters and just because it is a zero turn, doesn't mean you need to turn so sharp. I just laughed and said than what is the point of spending all that money for a zero turn if you don't turn it that sharp? he just kinda rolled his eyes at me and said I will teach you how to mow. on a side note, that has yet to happen! I have mowed a couple more times since than and only left one "Crater" because it was a little softer than I thought it was.

oh and I forgot to mention, this zero turn didn't even have a damn cup holder to hold my wine cooler! now how is any woman suppose to mow a yard without her drink?!

Wednesday

Well lets see, today is Wednesday, the 17th. I have not blogged in a few days *hand to forehead*

The weather has been crazy. My oldest did not have school Monday, because it was President's Day, then Tuesday we got like a foot of snow and they did not have school. Today, Wednesday, it was literally 15 below zero on the way to school and I was in shock that they actually had school considering all the kids that stand out and wait for the bus!

Anyways, my oldest comes in at 645 asking if he has school, because you know at 10, if there is an inch of snow he is hoping for no school. LOL. Don't get me wrong he loves school, but he would rather have the day off a nd not do anything, plus I was sending him to daycare with his sister and brother to hang out with her youngest who is 11.

So my 2 year old red-headed devil child, is acting like a 16 year old already! You ask him a question and he says "WHAT" in his you're bothering me woman, what do you want tone. He has recently started answering me with "WHY" when I ask him to do something and I hoping for a few more years before that started happening😂. Oh and we are back into the throwing ourselves down on the floor and laying like a starfish when he does not get what he wants. It's great! Have kids...they are great! They are great, but I could do without the temper tantrums, the 2 year old acting like he's 16 at times and the non-eating stages of that said 2 year old. His sister who will be 9 MONTHS at the end of the month, is going to be bigger than he is. AT their last check up she was only 7" behind him in height. I laughed and started praying for her to be a 6 foot girl, that gets my athletic ability! Unlike her, my dad turned me into a tomboy and I was all sports. I am hoping that she will be into sports too, but not a huge tomboy!  Hoping for her to still dress in the pinks and do her hair, at least I say that now!

I also bought a new watch, I got tired of my fitbit and I am substitute teaching and want to make sure I do not miss any calls or texts, so I bought me a watch to go with my android phone and just got it set up today! Wish me luck! New always takes me a while to get use to, so I am hoping this watch works for that along with the normal steps, workout (bahahaha, who I am kidding, I don't work out), heart rate, this also does my blood pressure somehow, which I am going to figure out because I am curious on how that is. I am one of those that do not go to the doctor unless I am on my death bed and I had high blood pressure with both of my 2 youngest children, so I still keep an eye on, but hoping this will keep track of it a little better.

High blood pressure = the silent killer!

Kids

So my red headed devil child and princess started daycare this week (Monday), so i can go back to substitute teaching, because i honestly like it a lot.

I will say anyone taking their kids to daycare be prepared, even my oldest M cried and screamed at 2 years old when i left. Princess doesn't really care, at least right now. Lol.

My red head the first couple days were bad, it's getting easier as the week goes on. The other day i couldn't get him to daycare and that same day he didn't want to leave. Kids...they are like bi-polar. Happy one minute, screaming and crying the next and loving on you the next minute.

My red head is stubborn as can be and i will admit,  he gets that from his mother. Nap time at daycare,  babysitter says hey it's quiet time, lets take a nap, he says no, because he understands and doesn't want to take a nap. So she says okay we need to be quiet so sis can sleep. She sent us pictures and a couple minutes later he is watching baby shark on the tablet, sleeping sitting up. I thought to myswlf only my child wouls be stubborn enough to say no and then fall asleep 30 seconds later. 🤣🤦‍♀️

He is into that damn baby shark song (whoever made that song up should have to sit and listen to it nonstop for the rest of his/her/their lives! So the babysitter will put that on to distract him so we can sneak out after saying our goodbyes. Ugh...that song...he is literally obsessed with baby shark. From the moment he wakes up to the moment he goes to sleep, baby shark, baby shark please. The other day i literally said baby shark died (not my finest moment) but luckily he just gave me a look and said, mommy shark, while doing the motion.

And let me tell you there are soo many different versions of that damn song it is ridiculous. They have the normal baby shark with mommy, dadd, grandpa and grandma. There is also one with an aunt, uncle and cousins. Also, they have halloween, christmas and one that he loves is super fast. But the worst part we have found out they have taken that stupid ass song and done it for monkey and dinosaurs...i mean come on🙄

And just for your viewing pleasures if you have not heard this song...enjoy....i literally sing this song in my sleep now.

Oh and i forgot to mention.....my red headed childs aunt found this song on an hour loop....i mean like same song, same version....for a freaking hour...one day at a family event 🤦‍♀️

THIS IS ME.....IN A NUTSHELL!

alright, lets get this party started....this is my first post on my new blog and let me tell you, it's a pain in the butt to get this thing up and running.

so I will do a run down and tell you about myself, my family, hobbies, etc.

please know, I do swear, so if you do not like swearing/cussing then I suggest you take your happy ass to another page!

so to begin with....

I am a mother of 3 beautiful kids. 2 boys and a girl. I have been married, divorced and remarried. luckily my ex-husband and I get along. I am very fortunate that actually all 4 of us (me, my husband, Adam, my ex-hubby and his new wife), we can actually all shoot the shit together and we all have the same views and opinions on raising my oldest son together. let me tell you, everyone getting along, makes shit soooo much easier!!

on a side note....try to get along with your ex or exes if you have children involved, set your personal views, opinions, attitudes, etc., aside for each other and focus on what really matters......your kid or kids!!

okay, back to it....so I have one son (my oldest, obviously) with my ex, one son and one daughter with my hubby, Adam. so if I ever refer to my children it will be like this....

oldest = "M"

middle = "A" or "red headed devil child" and yup....he has fire red hair!!

youngest = "Princess" because well she is the only granddaughter on my side, so needless to say she is spoiled beyond belief by her aunt and grandmother.

lets see....what else...can I throw at you....I love to read, especially books with sex!!  lots of HOT sex! cause what's better than HOT sex? Chocolate? somedays....yes, depending on my mood....lol. so be prepared for suggestions on books!

I also love to scrapbook (when I have time) and crafts (also when I have time) (side note: working on setting up a website for all things crafts)

I love to bake! I also love to cook, but baking is my favorite, so be prepared for pics of yummy goodies, dinners, snacks, etc.

lets see......some other likes of mine, jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, fill-in puzzles, coloring, Lego video games (which is only a little bit here and there. I am not very good at video games), gardening (veggies and flowers), cold weather (good thing I lived in Michigan...lol)

dislikes....scorching hot weather, cleaning bathrooms, especially those damn toilets...yucky!

well I guess that was not really me in a nutshell, but hey, close enough!

I feel soooo old!

I am definitely feeling old this week! My oldest started his sophomore year of high school this week! Yes, he is a giant! He is ...
