WOOT WOOT! 3 days in a row for me to blog! Record! LOL.
SO I have to brag a few minutes about my 3 awesome kiddos!
I have a 2 year old daughter = AKA Princess
4 year old RED headed boy = Red head, Red or red headed devil child or A
Finally, my oldest boy at 12 years old = M
So my oldest, M, has been on Christmas break, I swear they get wayyy more time than we ever got in school! He is on break for like 22 days or something right around there. Anyways, he splits between me and his dad's house. We do week on/week off. So, we switch on Monday's. Has been this way since he was 3 years old. Sometimes we will do two weeks on and two weeks off depending on what we are his dad is doing that week. They do a lot of camping in the summer, so he will do like 2 weeks in a row with dad then 2 weeks with us. Anyways, so he was with me last week and I get a phone call at work from M, which is unusual and he calls me to tell me he already took a shower. Trying to get it in his brain to shower everyday because he is at that age where he just stinks no matter what. Anyways, he called me at work, I was thinking what is wrong? He surprised the shit out of me and said hey I already showered and do you want me to throw some laundry in the washer, I was like yes please! Lets keep this going! He is growing up...FINALLY! I mean he is only 12, but I can see him growing up a little more everyday. He has volunteered to watch his younger siblings and he cleans stuff up without asking...most of the time! But it has been such a breathe of fresh air lately.
My red head is fulling potty-trained, minus nights! He sleeps so hard at night that we are afraid he will not wake up, but we are going to try and go without a diaper at night and see what happens. PLUS...he is such a cutie. He is hilarious and makes the funniest faces. He loves to shop with me and we lay together every night when it's bedtime or at nap time on the weekends. I get kisses and hugs every night before bed, every time him or I or both leave the house to go separate ways and I also get a have a good day! Love it. He melts my heart! All my kids melt my heart! He is a lover not a fighter.
Finally, the princess....she really is not a princess...she is a stinker. lol. She is mean! Anyways, onto the great thing. She turned 2 in May, so she is 2 and a half years old and guess what?!?! That girl is potty-trained minus at night! It is awesome! We have been so stoked, we encourage both her and Red every time they go on the potty! GOOD-BYE DIAPERS!
That is the best part is we are saving soooo much money on diapers now that they both are potty-trained. We only have night-time diapers I am hoping to have them both out of those fully by the end of 2023!
