Grilled Cheese BLT minus the L

This is such an easy recipe and soooo delicious!! I will post the ingredients and steps below!
Ingredients:
2 pieces sour dough bread
Mayo (real mayo not that miracle whip stuff! Lol)
Cheese (i used double cheddar block cheese and cut 10 slices for the bottom and about 5 for the top)
Tomato (sliced)
Bacon

Directions:
1. Spread mayo on one side of both pieces of sour dough bread.
2. Lay a layer of cheese on one side of the bread that does NOT have mayo on it.
3. Lay bacon on top of the cheese.
4. This is your decision either lay the tomatoes on top of the bacon now or after you cook and the cheese is melted. (I chose after)
5. Lay another layer of cheese.
6. Throw your other piece of bread on top (mayo side out) and throw in your pan pn low eat.
7. Cover.
8. After one side is golden brown. Flip and let that side brown too.
9. Take out (you can add your tomato if you didn't earlier and add a little bit of mayo while you have the sandwich open).
10. Cut in half.
11. Enjoy
